Heather Jones is a seasoned professional in the fields of Nonprofit Management, Accounting, Leadership and Information Technology. She holds a degree in Information Technology, which has allowed her to develop a profound understanding of the technological landscape that drives efficient operations and enhances organizational performance. Moreover, she has a strong background in nonprofit accounting, having served in nonprofit finance and corporate finance roles for many years, where she successfully implemented strategies that optimized financial processes and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. She has combined these two to create an innovative approach and processes to streamline finance functions and ease the heavy workload required by nonprofit accounting.
 

Expanding beyond her financial expertise, Heather has also served in a Executive Director/CEO role, bringing her leadership skills to the forefront of organizational strategy and direction.  
 

Heather’s unique background allows her to understand the financial intricacies and the broader leadership challenges that nonprofits face. She is well versed in all aspects of nonprofit accounting, grant writing, strategic planning, fundraising strategies, streamlining and overall organizational management, and she aims to enhance each nonprofit’s effectiveness and impact. She also brings a wealth of industry experience in domestic violence and has in-depth knowledge of the issues, funding, challenges and solutions involved with running these types of agencies.
